"We revised the sequence of how the subject was taught, and created new or revised resources for key topics. Student outcomes have been very positive. There was a framework that the learning designer brought to (the discussion), there is some theory about the way in which people learn, so that provided a framework to bound the discussion, instead of it being totally free ranging and therefore perhaps not coming up with a solution."
